Y-Connection accepts payment through PayPal only.

You do not need to create a Y-Connection customer account to place an order. You can complete your purchase using guest checkout.

When you proceed to payment, PayPal will handle the payment process securely. Y-Connection does not ask you to send your card details by email, contact form or telephone.

Depending on the options PayPal makes available to you, you may be able to pay using:

  • Your PayPal account

  • A debit or credit card through PayPal

Payment options shown by PayPal may vary depending on your location, device and PayPal’s own eligibility checks.

Protecting your payment information

Your payment is processed by PayPal. Y-Connection does not receive your full debit or credit card number or your card security code.

We receive only the information needed to confirm and process your order, such as:

  • Payment confirmation

  • Order amount

  • Customer name

  • Delivery address

  • Email address

  • PayPal transaction reference

Guest checkout

Y-Connection uses guest checkout. You do not need to register, create a password or maintain a customer account.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please keep this email and your order reference in case you need to contact us about delivery, returns or refunds.

Staying safe

Only make payment through the checkout on:

Y-Connection will never ask you to send your full card number, card security code or PayPal password by email, message or contact form.

If you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to be from Y-Connection, do not pay it. Contact us through the official contact page on our website.

Payment problems

If your payment is declined, pending or interrupted, please check your PayPal account or contact PayPal directly.

Do not submit the same payment repeatedly, as this may create more than one payment attempt.

If payment has been taken but you have not received an order confirmation, contact Y-Connection and provide:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • The payment date

  • The amount paid

  • Your PayPal transaction reference

Do not send us your full card details or PayPal password.
